From February 24 to 28, 2025, the Corporación María Perlaza carried out the pilot plan of the Talent Journey, a key phase to evaluate and optimize this educational initiative. The main objective was to analyze the program’s structure and organization, allowing us to identify improvement opportunities to enrich the students’ experience.

During this week, children who were already part of the program resumed their classes and re-familiarized themselves with schedules and activity dynamics. For new participants, it was a week of discovery: they engaged in integration activities, met some of their teachers, and toured the Corporación María Perlaza facilities. This process helped them navigate the spaces they will frequent and begin to feel part of this learning community.

Various workshops implemented playful strategies designed to spark curiosity, foster interest, and provide an initial approach to the experiences they will enjoy throughout the year. Individual and collective talent exploration was prioritized, ensuring that every child fully enjoys and benefits from their participation in the program.

With 64 participants, the balance of this pilot plan was highly positive. It not only allowed for organizational adjustments but also left a motivating impression on both students and teachers. With this solid foundation, we will continue strengthening skills and talents, promoting an enriching and meaningful learning environment.
